This policy describes Squish Garden for iPhone and iPad and this website. Contact the developer at Rxv2dev@gmail.com about support, access or deletion requests.
Solo play
Your saved garden, settings, local scores, diary and progress are stored on your device. Squish Garden has no public profile or chat. Deleting the app removes its local game data, subject to any device backup you maintain.
Online duels
Our Cloudflare service processes a random installation identifier, cryptographic authentication information, room membership and live game updates, including drops, aim, scores, attacks and board positions. This lets players find and play a match without Game Center. These identifiers are not your name, contacts or Apple Account.
Servers also receive connection information such as IP addresses to deliver the service and limit abuse. Match and session data are temporary and cleaned up automatically. Infrastructure providers may retain operational or security logs under their own policies. We do not use duel identifiers for ad targeting.
Optional Apple and nearby services
Apple handles Game Center when you choose it. Nearby play uses a local encrypted connection and requires Local Network permission. Apple processes purchases; the app checks verified StoreKit transactions for ownership and restores. We do not receive your card details.
Advertising
Squish Garden uses Google AdMob for occasional video ads between finished solo games and for optional reward videos that unlock a cosmetic trial. Ads do not appear during live play, lessons or duels. Quiet Garden removes automatic ads; reward videos remain optional.
We request non-personalized ads, disable Google's publisher first-party ID and do not request access to your advertising identifier through Apple's tracking permission. Non-personalized ads still involve data processing. Google's SDK may process IP addresses (including approximate location), app or device identifiers, diagnostics, performance information, advertising data and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve services.
Where required, Google's User Messaging Platform asks for privacy choices before ad requests are allowed. You can reopen available choices under Settings → Ad privacy choices. Choices apply to future requests. If ads cannot load, the game remains playable.
See Google's privacy policy and how Google uses information from partner apps for Google's processing, retention and controls.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send, and use it to respond and resolve the issue. We retain support correspondence while needed for that purpose or applicable obligations. This website uses no analytics cookies or advertising pixels. Cloudflare processes network requests to host and protect the site and deliver the app's ad-availability configuration.
Your choices and requests
You can play solo without using multiplayer, decline available optional advertising choices, restore purchases and delete local game data by deleting the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need enough information to locate the relevant data and verify your request. Apple and Google provide controls for information they manage independently.
Audience
Squish Garden is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The effective date above identifies the latest version.
